Abstract: Under the network structure, the propagation of information has evolved from the mode of spreading information u-nilaterally into that of mutual interaction between the customers' active information searching and propagation. This innovation of propagation and communication enables people to acquire all information they need much more conveniently on one hand, while it provides feedbacks promptly on the other. From the angle of information elements, this motivation of network propagation contains important economical mechanism,since it changes the government's macroscopic readjustment and control as well as the circulation of commodities to optimize the structure of production elements.
