论欧盟宪政中的“民主赤字”问题——兼论欧盟宪法的回应

On the Democratic Deficit in European Constitutionalism

摘要: 欧盟宪政中的“民主赤字”问题一直以来为人们所关注。本文首先阐述了“民主赤字”问题的一些基本理论, 接着指出了欧盟宪政中比较突出的一些“民主赤字”表征,最后,具体分析了欧盟宪法对被人们广泛批评的“民主赤字”所做出的回应和一些仍然有待解决的问题。

Abstract: Democratic deficit in European constitutionalism has been a subject of much controversy. In this article, the author first discusses some theories about democratic deficit , and points out some concrete forms of democratic deficit. At last, the author lists some responses in European constitution to democratic deficit and some democratic deficits European constitution that remain to be solved.
