Abstract: By analysing the meaning of the judicial harmony, this article proposes that judicial harmony is not only consistent with the outer circumstances and other factors, but also in accordance with its inner execution mechanism. Under the background of the judicial reformation today, it is necessary for us to understand the concept of judicial harmony.
