摘要: 文章阐述了薪酬管理的重要性和薪酬成本有效性的影响因素,为使薪酬激励成本最优,在对薪酬成本进行重新界定的基础之上,运用边际分析方法对薪酬成本的合理分配进行了量化分析,提出了实现薪酬成本最优的数量化模型。Abstract: This article discusses the importance of salary management and the factors influencing salary cost effectiveness. Based on a redefinition of salary cost, this paper offers a quantative analysis of reasonable distribution of salary cost and proposes a quantative model of optimised salary cost.
