Abstract: Dormitory Culture on campus has great influence on students' world view, philosophy and their view of value. This paper analyzes the phenomenon, the structure, essential characters and functions of "Dormitory Culture"on campus and then proposes the specific methods of strengthening the construction of dormitory culture.
