人力资源管理的源头--对工作分析的再认识

    • 摘要: 人力资源是第一资源决定了人力资源管理是最重要的管理,当今人力资源管理效果不甚理想的原因有许多,对工作分析认识的不到位是其中一个重要原因。过去对工作分析的论文大多是从改进和提高管理技术这些硬技能方面阐述的,这固然十分重要。但是如果缺乏相应的管理理念做支撑,再高超的管理技术也无济于事。提升领导者的管理理念、转变员工的思想观念,营造一个人人关注、人人参与工作分析的人力资源管理氛围,既是抓好人力资源管理源头的需要,也是人力资源管理部门义不容辞的责任。

       

      Abstract: At present,the effect of human resource management in higher education is far from perfect.There are several reasons contributing to this phenomenon,one of which is a superficial understanding of human resource management.In the past,essays often discuss this issue from the perspective of hard technology such as improving managing technology,but there is a visible lack of understanding management concepts to support a soft technology,which is ultimately people.In human resource management it is fundamental to renew management ideas,relinquish stereotypes and establish a sound environment in which every individual is actively involved.
