Abstract: Internet has become a popular place where people sharing similar interests can express their ideas freely.Internet public opinion is gradually formed and this paper attempts to exposit its formation and effect.Traditional media also plays an important role in network opinions.In conclusion,Internet public opinion supplements traditional media while providing a new space for individual communication.
