Abstract: The contemporary Japanese legal profession has shaped through constantly introducing the civil-law system and common-law system,and at the same time it developed its own characteristics.It is significant to study the characteristics and problems of Japanese legal profession,which can provide a good reference for the judicial system reform in China.
