Abstract: The civil judgment paper is an effective document made by judges,but it is traded in practice as a warrant of creditor's right.This factual procedure can be regarded as the creditor's disposal of his/her civil right,which,according to the civil procedural law,is consistent with the principle of disposition,and therefore should not be treated as a crime.
