Abstract: Knowledge dissemination is one of the important activities in knowledge management.This study uses semiotic approach to analyze the relationship between knowledge and sign,source of invisible knowledge,semiotic communication mode,as well as sign mapping of knowledge dissemination.This approach,which not only directs the knowledge dissemination and but also lays a sound foundation for effective knowledge management,provides a new way of researching knowledge dissemination in knowledge management.
