摘要: 绩效考核是现代人力资源管理的重要功能之一,它对组织业绩形成与提升的重要影响已为越来越多的企业所重视。但许多企业在推进绩效考核的过程中效果并不理想,原因是多方面的。文章主要是对当前企业绩效考核中普遍存在的问题进行了剖析,并分析了产生这些问题的根源,最后根据相应的理论与实际,提出了改进的措施和建议。Abstract: Performance Appraisal is one of the most important functions of modern human resources management.Now more and more enterprises pay attention to its important influence in forming and promoting the organization performance.But many enterprises have not yielded satisfactory results in promoting the performance appraisal process.The reasons are from many aspects.In this paper,an all-around analysis is carried out on the common problems in the enterprise's performance appraisal and it manages to probe into the real causes of these problems.In the conclusion some measures and proposals are put forward based on the relevant theory and practice.
