Abstract: Because of technical standard's strategic role,wars provoked by technical standard among enterprises are commonly seen in developed countries.However in China this situation can hardly be seen for lagged setting process and provision.The strong contrast reflects the existing gap between our standard developing system and that of developed countries.This paper firstly discusses the basic developing mechanism of modern technical standard from economic perspective;then analyzes the main backward reasons of our country standard development;in the end puts forward the correlate developing advises of technical standard.
