摘要: 美国微电子产业在20世纪80年代曾因人才短缺而陷入困境,其世界领先地位也受到挑战。为此,美国高校、政府与企业积极应对,保证了微电子产业发展所需的人才资源。这为我国微电子开云电竞平台中国APP官方网站和产业发展提供了可借鉴的经验。Abstract: In 1980s,American Microelectronic Industry was in a dilemma and its top one position had been challenged because of the lack of human resources.At that time American universities cooperated with the government and enterprises actively by assuring the supply of human resources.China's Microelectronic Industry should learn some lesson from the American history.
