议我国缺陷产品召回的行政管理法律制度

摘要: 因缺陷产品而造成的公共安全问题,不可能由交易双方按照市场经济一般规则的要求自行加以约束和得到解决。因此,政府有关行政部门依法对缺陷产品召回进行监管就成为解决机制中不可替代的重要组成部分,而目前的当务之急是完善我国缺陷产品召回的行政管理法律制度。

Abstract: Issue of public safety on defect product is unpossible solved by both trade according to demand of market economy regulation.So administrative regulation for defect product call back is unreplacement important part in solution system,and it is prior that law of administrative regulation system for defect product call back will be perfected.
