工程伦理意识淡漠的原因分析

An Analysis of the Factors for the Insensitiveness to Engineering Ethics

摘要: 当前,工程界和社会公众的工程伦理意识比较淡漠,这直接影响到工程伦理学的发展,也妨碍工程师自觉履行伦理责任。本文从人们对工程的认识、工程所采用的方法、伦理因素及伦理学本身的特点、工程的社会体制以及工程伦理问题的复杂性等多个方面,对造成工程伦理意识淡漠的原因进行分析,揭示工程中的伦理内涵,以唤醒人们的工程伦理意识。

Abstract: The awareness of engineering ethics among engineers and the public is relatively low at present.This situation directly influences the development of engineering ethics and hinders the engineer from consciously shouldering his ethical responsibility.The factors which cause the negligence in ethical consciousness are analyzed from the following aspects: the view of engineering,the methods applied in engineering,the characters of ethics,social institution of engineering and the complexity of ethical problems in engineering.The ethical implications of engineering are revealed in order to arouse the consciousness of engineering ethics.
