Abstract: The current employment environment requires a new career path for graduating students and their new look at employment.This paper proses a few suggestions that will help graduating students choose their career.The government should give policy support,university should run the counseling service throughout students' university education,and students should better understand the employment environment and adapt themselves to this environment.
