Abstract: The practical objects of a war with demos-participation aims to protect the freedom of the community's daily life from any attack or damage. The main factor for the formation of such a war is due to the common people's participation. In other words, the accordance of the political and military blocs' policies with the common people's benefits consists the premise of such a war. The determinants for a contemporary high-tech war still the man instead of the weapon. Thus, the demon martial ethics is the premise that dominates the contemporary high-tech wars.
