Abolition of Agricultural Tax and the Supply of Agricultural Public Production

摘要: 从机遇与挑战两个方面分析取消农业税对农村公共产品供给的影响,提出增加中央和地方政府对农村公共产品的投入;增强村级供给公共产品的能力;建立农村公共产品多元化的筹资体系,增加农村公共产品数量。

Abstract: This paper puts forward that the central and local governments must strengthen the investment to the public production in the rural areas and in particular strengthens the village-level capacity, in order to establish the multi-capital-accumulating system of the public production for more of public production in the rural areas.
