Abstract: With the rapid development of science and technology and the accelerated globalization process, disruptive technology innovation has become the main power to push the continuous economic development worldwide, especially in the developed countries. This paper summarizes the characteristics of disruptive technology innovation in terms of its technology, market, product, innovation process, organization structure and competitive strategy and also set forth the characteristics on its management in different period of disruptive technology innovation process based on the previous literate researches combining with some typical case studies.
