The Objects and Methodology of Law Education for the Undergraduates

摘要: 法学教育目标的确定向来处于两难境地,由于各国法学教育体制和法律传统的不同,形成不同的教育目标和教学模式。中国现代法学本科教育既要考虑本国实际情况,又要考虑国际环境,应当实行“素质教育为基础和与职业教育相结合”的教育目标,并在此目标指引下,吸收和借鉴国外职业教育经验,制定实施符合中国国情和与国际接轨的法学教学方法。Abstract: The settlement of the objects of law education for the undergraduates has been in dilemma as there are variety of law education systems which formulated different objects and modes for the teaching in and outside China. China needs the references for its settlement of its feasible objects and methodologies.
