Abstract: It is a necessary demand for the development of judicature system to protect human rights,which also holds true in the enforcement of civil case.The law enforcement in our country has reflected the concept of human rights protection,but still not enough.To promote the development of law enforcement,legislation and measures for law enforcement should be improved from the perspective of protecting the basic human rights of the applicant for enforcement?debtor and the other people,with a view to guarantee the lawfulness of effect judgment and on-time execution.
