摘要: 物流链贯穿于国民经济动员始终,对能否形成快速、高效的国民经济动员起着决定性作用。在国民经济动员中引入物流动员,探讨如何在国民经济动员体系中设计一个反应迅速、组织健全、结构合理、功能一体化、成本较低的第三方物流动员系统,进而从宏观和微观两方面来论证其存在的必要性和可能性,并总结该体系中可能存在的问题,提出具体的对策措施。
