Abstract: The process of risk management is firstly designed for the Large Research Programs according to its characteristics.Based on the principles of risk decision-making,the article illustrates by example the application of Grey Condition Decision methodology in large research programs.The results thus made can be utilized as the foundation for risk management and are of significance to relevant practices.
