An Analysis of the Problems of Legal System of Minimum Life Security for City Residents

摘要: 探讨城市居民最低生活保障法律制度,归纳和梳理相关法制实践中出现的诸多问题,并从法学理论的角度进行分析,在此基础上,明确了中国最低生活保障法制面临的首要任务是加强立法,以达到保障基本人权,构建和谐社会之目的。

Abstract: The thesis has probed into the problems that lie in minimum level of life security legal system for city residents by concluding the problems in practice and analyzing from a theory perspective.Then it has put forward that the principal task in China is to strengthen legislation to protect the basic human rights and construct the harmonious society.
