天津市基础设施建设的融资方式选择

The methods of Infrastructural facilities construction financing in Tianjin

摘要: 天津市作为环渤海地区的经济中心,要逐步建成为国际港口城市,建成我国北方的经济中心和生态城市,但目前其城市基础设施并不能适应经济发展的需要。文章从分析天津市基础设施建设的现状和问题入手,得出投资不足是天津市基础设施建设落后的主要原因。在此基础上,借鉴国内外发达城市基础设施融资的方式和经验,并结合天津市的具体情况,提出了两种适合天津市基础设施建设的融资方式。

Abstract: City Tianjin is the economic center of the regions around the Bohai Sea and it is gradually built into an international port,however,the current city infrastructure condition cannot meet the demands of the economic development.This paper has first analyzed the reason why investment in infrastructure is insufficient in Tianjin,then considering the experiences of developed cities both home and abroad,it has put forward two appropriate methods for the infrastructural facilities financing in Tianjin.
