Abstract: The Harmonious development of higher education is an important part of harmonious socialist construction and serves to the harmonious development of economy.Only under the guidance of concept of scientific development and human-orientated school management can we hope to reform the higher education,tackle the projecting problems arising from the reforms and hence,achieve the harmonious development of higher education.
