Abstract: The neighboring-environmental relations are based on the neighboring relations,which also develop the traditional neighboring relations.The article embarks from the neighboring-environmental relations theory,compares the neighboring-environmental relations between Civil Law and Reality Law,and analyzes the continuation and development in the neighboring-environmental relations of our country's Reality Law to Civil Law.
