Abstract: The research and development of high-tech weapons concentratedly reflects the moral entanglements and forefront contradictions between the development of science and technology and the living of human beings,and it has strong and complicated ethical significance.By researching the history of the development of weapon ethics,this paper analyzes the moral crisis underlying the research and development of high-tech weapons,and discusses the moral obligations that the scientists should bear in the research and development of weapons.
