Abstract: Under the pattern of Collaborative product design,in order to choose some reliable partners to form collaborative alliance,some perfect appraising methods should be possessed.A two-stage model to appraise and choose collaboration partner is put forward,which shows the flow of the CPD,and thus the purpose of partner optimization is fulfilled.
