Abstract: At present,the archives resources still can not cater the demands of the development of the society,the consciousness of archive-service also needs improvement,and the development of information technology provides new space for the enhancement of the development and utilization of archives resources.The key point is how to grasp this opportunity of the modernization of archives management.
