Abstract: Security obligations possess multiple natures,and they include the compulsory duties,the agreed duties and the contract duties.Different natures of security obligations cause different legal responsibilities or duties.Not only do the operators of businesses and the organizers of social activities have the security guarantee obligations,the people operating the public transportation,provoking the potential dangers,conducting professional activities,and having close relations to a marriage and family should all take the safety security liabilities.People who provoke or cause dangers to others should take the tort liabilities.
