Abstract: The right of contractual management of land is one of the utilizing and benefiting property rights,whose significance is more obvious and protruding,as the reformation of land contractual management system is developing in depth in China.Based on the investigation of the status of rural land utilization,this article summarizes the related policies and laws at first,then analyzes and reflects on some issues in the process of contractual management of rural land.
