Abstract: Starting from the introduction of the flexible elements related to the flexible strategy of the national economy mobilization system,this paper analyzes the characteristics of several key flexible elements and their relationship with the potentials of mobilization,and the realization of the integration of the flexible strategy system of national economy mobilization through the construction of the basic relationship among the flexible elements.
