Abstract: The Western Han Dynasty had existed for 210 years,and had created several heydays.The cause of the heydays is her agricultural politics,that is,the agriculture-rooted policies,which is shown in the following aspects: emphasis on agriculture,encouragement and rewards of agriculture,less corvee and fewer taxes,the curb of business,and the regulation of the agricultural officials.
