Abstract: The JM's educational objective is to cultivate legal professionals of high-level,compound,and practical knowledge.High level means that the specification and the standard required by post-graduate education cannot be lowered.Compound knowledge means that the mixture of various knowledge,quality and ability,which is the special requirement of legal profession.Practical knowledge is the ability to analyze and solve law issues using the professional legal knowledge in real life,and a basic requirement of a specialty degree.The three are of equal importance,of effect simultaneously,and they support each other.
