资源理论关于竞争优势内涵认识的演变——从利润观到价值观再到支付观

    Evolution of Competitive Advantage within RBT Framework—from Profit to Value and from Value to Payment

    • 摘要: 竞争优势居战略研究的中心地位,战略管理文献主要从经济利润和价值创造的角度考察竞争优势。资源理论对竞争优势的理解经历了由利润观到价值观、从价值观到支付观的演变。在演变过程中,资源理论关于竞争优势的定义不断明晰,同义反复问题逐一化解,竞争优势研究的微观基础亦随之完善。

       

      Abstract: Competitive advantage lies in the center of strategic research. Strategic management literature approaches competitive advantage mainly from the perspective of economic profit and value creation. RBT' s understanding of competitive advantage has evolved from the profit perspective to the value perspective and from the value perspective to the payment perspective. This evolution has resulted in a sharp and consistent definition of competitive advantage, which partially solved the issue of tautology and enhanced the micro-foundations of RBT.
