基于结构方程模型的我国接待业员工满意度指数研究

    On Index of Job Satisfaction of Hospitality Industry Based on SEM

    • 摘要: 文章以接待行业为研究对象,以酒店员工为案例,设计模型与量表,以实地调查数据为依据,用结构方程模型构建接待业员工满意度指数模型,分析满意度指数较低的原因,并就其中的问题提出建议。

       

      Abstract: According to relative researches both home and abroad, basing on investigation, this paper designs models to calculate the index of ESH. It also puts forward countermeasures to problems that make employees unsatisfied.
