Abstract: The education of law undergraduates is an educational activity taking the imparting of law knowledge, the training of law thinking, and the fostering of competent "legal man" as basic contents. Currently there are many defects in the training of law thinking in the education of law undergraduates, so there is the need of establishing a series of theoretical courses and the designing of practical teaching elements, in order to enhance the undergraduates爷competence of law practice, and train the undergraduates' law thinking.
