Abstract: Scientific outlook of development is a people-oriented and long-lasting theory. Undergraduates play an important role in the future society. It needs lifetime learning concept, the ability of self learning, the spirit of innovation and teamwork to help the sustainable development of undergraduates, and meanwhile the health of physics and mentality is also necessary. Currently, the universities should attach importance to the moral education of undergraduates, and the coach of undergraduates' activities of after school, as well as help them to conform the information resource. They are all efficient ways of advancing undergraduates' sustainable developments.
