社会工作专业学生自我成长教育模式探析

    An Analysis of the Education Mode of Students' Self-Cultivation in Social Work

    • 摘要: 社会工作是助人的职业,社会工作者与服务对象有最为深层次的接触,是一种用人格影响人格、用生命影响生命的专业工作。作为专业助人者,社会工作者最有意义的资源是社会工作者自己。结合教学实践,文章探讨在专业教育中强调学生自我成长的意义与价值,提出促进学生自我成长的途径,具体阐释《自我探索与专业成长》课程的教 学实施模式,并指出需要注意的问题。

       

      Abstract: Social Work, an occupation of helping other people, affects others personality and touches life through their own behaviors. Therefore, Social workers are usually in contact with their clients closely. As professional helpers, their most profound resources are themselves. Combining teaching practices, this paper explores the importance and value of laying emphasis on students' self-development in professional education and suggests approaches to promoting students' self-development. Especially, it explains the teaching mode of "Self-Explore and Professional Development" in details and points out questions on which are need to pay more attention.
