Abstract: From the perspective of pharmaceutical supply chain, the paper firstly defines drug safety and analyzes problems concerning Chinese drug safety. After introducing structural change of the pharmaceutical supply chain with the separation of the pharmacy from medicine, the paper elaborates other new problems brought by this change. Finally, some suggestions to the management of drug safety are offered.
