Abstract:
One myth of the democratic system in America is that all jobs, especially jobs in public sphere, are open to everyone. In fact, it isn't so. The discrimination towards women, the colored, and the aged in job-hunting is still serious. To eliminate the discrimination, American government carries out a police of supporting the discriminated people, which requires the employers take special attention to them and also the governmental units should be open to the ignored job hunters. This paper discusses the employment circumstances for American women in the Federal and the prefecture and the local governments, the status of administrative official for woman, the development trend for woman employment of human resources management in government.
