Abstract: On the basis of urban and rural coordinative developmentstrategy in China, this paper firstly analyzes the historical background of Norwegian urban and rural coordinative development, and then introduces its major content and measures, finally points out its enlightenment and significance to Chinese urban and rural coordinative development.
