Abstract: Trade in Computer and Information Services is an important part of modern service trade .This paper, by applying quantitative indexes such as description index, TC and RCA index, etc., make a comparative study of the international trade competitiveness in computer and information services between China and India, and the relevant factors affecting its competitiveness .Compared with India, China has a long way to go in the trade of computer and Information Services. As a result, China should take some measures to promote its development in order to effectively seek new opportunity of trade in services transferring and information industry's important history position.
