摘要: 资金短缺成为阻碍民营企业和中小企业发展的主要障碍，民营企业和中小企业融资困难的成因是错综复杂的，有民营企业自身方面的原因，也有银行方面及社会环境方面的的原因。本文在剖析民营企业和中小企业融资困难成因的基础上，提出了相关对策建议。
