《劝学篇》、“丁未上谕”与“中体西用”

    • 摘要: “中体西用”的实质是“中体为体,西用为用”,它既是思维范式,也是一种文化选择模式。《劝学篇》《与野丁未上谕》在形式上均体现了这一思想,但在内容侧重点。性质及产生的后果等诸多方面却大为不同。

       

      Abstract: The theory of "Chinese learning as fundamental, Western learning for practical use"means "Confucianism and Chinese principal system on politics as fundamental, Western arms, machines, technology, science and systems on military, economy , education,etc. for practical use". It is a ideological mode as well as a culture-choosing pattern. Both the Book of Encouraging Learning and the Imperial Edict in Jan.29,1901 reflect the theory in form, but they are very different in main views, effect and nature .
