Abstract: After the capitalistic styles of production and life spread to China, especially the modern traffic, communication methods and newspaper, they made the allocation of alms easy, accelerated the speed of regional migration of the refugees, supervised and restricted the operation of the rescuing work, and propagandized the new charity thoughts. In a word, these modern modes of production and life stimulated and promoted the transformation of the traditional charity in China.
