Abstract: The Internet overcomes the traditional interpersonal constraints in time and space, enlarges the intercourse spaces, increases the intercourse methods, and eliminates the social factors which hinder the interpersonal intercourse. However, it also brings negative impacts,such as interpersonal trust crisis, interpersonal emotional alienation , and network communication anomie. Therefore,establishing a sound legal system and strengthening network moral construction have become a top priority, if we want to promote harmonious interpersonal relations in virtual community and safeguard the order of interpersonal communication.
