Abstract: This paper assumes the angle of government's responsibility in public crisis management, discusses from the contents of public crisis management, the definition and evaluation standard of government's public credibility, takes the different phases of crisis management and government's words, acts and achievements as main accordance to illustrate the mutual connection between public crisis management and public credibility.
