Abstract: Based on particular attribute of High tech enterprise Scientific Research Team, this article provides a framework of team effectiveness over time. Research shows that, factors of input phase will influence the effectiveness of teams directly, or through the team process indirectly, which were mediated by interdependence and learning. Finally, team effectiveness were improved in the cycle process.
